Over 9 years he has closed more than £4 billion in deals - from founders' first SAFEs to nine-figure priced rounds and ten-figure private equity M&A deals and financings. He trained at Clifford Chance in London and practised in the firm's London and São Paulo offices, with prior experience in the Milan and Budapest offices of Baker McKenzie and the Nanjing office of Dacheng (then Dentons). He founded VSQ to prove elite-quality deal work doesn't need elite-firm price or timelines.

Capital markets and commercial lawyer with a Cornell LL.M and over three years at Clifford Chance in São Paulo, specialising in ECM and DCM transactions for financial institutions and large corporates. Brings experience in commercial contracts, consumer protection and overseas regulatory frameworks from roles at Procter & Gamble, BMC Software and boutique Brazilian firms. At VSQ Legal, Victoria focuses on company fundraising, consumer protection and commercial contracts.
