Terms of service

Last updated 29 July 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using this site. These terms tell you the rules for using our website at vsqlegal.com (our site). By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our site. We recommend that you keep a copy of these terms for future reference.

Who we are and how to contact us

vsqlegal.com is operated by VSQ Advisory & Capital Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), trading as VSQ Legal. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16429679, with our registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT. To contact us, please email info@vsqlegal.com.

VSQ Advisory & Capital Ltd is not a law firm and is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or by any other approved legal services regulator. We do not carry out reserved legal activities within the meaning of the Legal Services Act 2007. Some individuals who work with us are separately authorised to provide legal services in their personal capacity by their own professional regulator; where any such individual provides regulated legal services, they do so in that personal capacity and subject to the rules of their own regulator, and not on behalf of VSQ Advisory & Capital Ltd. Nothing on this site is an offer to carry out reserved legal activities, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

Other terms that may apply to you

These terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:

  • our privacy policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data; and
  • our cookie policy, which sets out information about the cookies on our site.

If we agree to provide services to you, those services will be governed by a separate engagement letter and terms of business, which will prevail over these website terms in the event of any conflict.

We may make changes to these terms

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand those that apply at that time.

We may make changes to our site

We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users' needs and our business priorities.

We may suspend or withdraw our site

We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone who accesses our site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

We may transfer this agreement to someone else

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights.

Our site is only for users in the UK

Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that the content on our site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations.

You must keep your account details safe

If you are given, or you choose, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures (for example, to access a client portal), you must treat it as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. We may disable any such credentials at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your credentials, please notify us promptly at info@vsqlegal.com.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and download extracts, of any page for your personal use, and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content on our site. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without a licence from us, and our status as the author of content on our site must always be acknowledged. This includes using any robot, bot, spider, scraper or other automated device to access, copy, monitor or republish any part of our site, and any automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data to generate information. This clause is an express reservation of our rights, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. It applies except to the extent that we are unable to exclude or limit such activity by contract under applicable law.

Rules about linking to our site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, and you must not frame our site on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. If you wish to link to, or make any other use of, content on our site, please contact us at info@vsqlegal.com.
