Krisztian leads VSQ's practice. Over 9 years he has closed more than £4 billion in deals - from founders' first SAFEs to nine-figure priced rounds and ten-figure private equity M&A deals and financings. He trained at Clifford Chance in London and practised in the firm's London and São Paulo offices, with prior experience in the Milan and Budapest offices of Baker McKenzie and the Nanjing office of Dacheng (then Dentons). He founded VSQ to prove elite-quality deal work doesn't need elite-firm price or timelines.
